Low Season - 16 April to 15 October
Weekly rate $500 or $100/night*

High Season - 16 October to 15 April
Weekly rate $750 or $125/night*

Rates are based on double occupancy; add ten dollars per night, per additional guest.

* Minimum 3 nights. Monthly rates available on request.

Rent includes weekly pool maintenance and housekeeping approximately every ten days for long-term guests but does not include electricity.  The meter will be read at check-in and again at check-out. Villa Sarteneja is not suitable for pets or young children due to the depth of the pool.

An electricity deposit is required dependant on the length of stay.
